Research & ID Stage Delay
If your cards are new to Ace and aren't already in the database, there will be a delay at the research and ID stage:
- Luxury - 1 business day delay
- Ultra - 2 business day delay
- Premier - 10 business day delay
- Standard - 10 business day delay
- Basic - 15 business day delay
Label Creation Delay
If the cards require labels to be created, there will be a delay of:
- Luxury - 1 business day delay
- Ultra - 2 business day delay
- Premier - 10 business day delay
- Standard - 10 business day delay
- Basic - 15 business day delay
